SS 304 ERW (Electric Resistance Welded) Tubes are produced with a high grade stainless steel 304 that is characterized by excellent corrosiveness, strength and formability. ERW tubes are made by bending a steel coil in the shape of a cylinder and subjecting it to a current current between the edges to get a welded openness. This renders SS 304 ERW Tubes ideal in situations where high level of strength and resistance to corrosion is needed.
Grade 304 is made of 18 percent chromium and 8 percent nickel giving it the optimum combination of mechanical properties and chemical stability. These tubes are of high oxidation, freshwater, gases, chemical, and atmospheric resistance.
